ISL 2010 - Call for Papers

ISL 2010 - 3rd International Symposium on Laser-Micromachining at 3D-Micromac in Chemnitz, Germany

Following the success of the ISL 2008 – 2nd International Symposium on Laser-Micromachining taken place in Chemnitz, Germany and ISL 2009 Asia held in HongKong, China, we are pleased to announce the ISL 2010 – 3rd International Symposium on Laser-Micromachining which will take place in Chemnitz, Germany on 27th – 28th October, 2010 at Penta Hotel.

Authors from around the world which are working in the field of laser micromachining are invited to submit papers for this conference.

Session topics include laser micromachining in:

  • Photovoltaic applications
  • Medical/Bio-medical applications
  • Semiconductor/MEMS processing
  • Laser for microprocessing
  • Other topics related to Laser-Micromachining

The final deadline for submission title of the contribution, a short abstract (maximum 300 words), CV and picture of the presenter is Mai 30. 2010.
