Training for operators

This training contains an instruction in the system architecture of the workstation. The user gets an overview about tasks, which will be done regularly. Topics of the training are for instance safety instructions, laser energy measurement, gas exchange, briefing in the software architecture, and working process of the system.

Training for maintenance staff

The intensive training qualifies maintenance staff for competent service of the workstation. This training contents for instance the installation of new engraving codes, inspection and adjustment of the laser system.

Coverage of running costs

We offer our workstation customers different service level agreements for coverage of running costs. These cover for instance consumables and wear parts; all travel expenses, the service by an expert on location, the continuous maintenance of the workstation, and of course a recreation time for all systems, components, and software delivered by 3D-Micromac.

At request we are pleased to offer you:

• Extension of warranty for the workstation up to 3 years
• Suitable wear part and service packages for storage on the spot (Backup-Kit)
• A flatrate for consumables and wearing parts
• A maintenance contract with reaction time and repair time.
