microCODE MCF 2.4
The microCODE MCF2.4 is a High-End quality engraving system for all kinds of mineral and plastic lenses as well as molds. microCODE MCF2.4 generates alphanumeric characters and logos of a height of 10 µm up to several millimetres.
The operator may use existing characters or easily create an own character set by importing of various elements. The image to be engraved as a chain of X/Y coordinates within a text file and can be imported or retrieved from a host computer. The project files can also be loaded automatically from a host computer via OMA protocol of customer’s individual host computer.
microCODE MCF 2.4 contains a license of the control software microMMI with the following features:
- Multilingual software based on English
- Full worldwide remote access via network
- Multilingual Windows XP operating system
- Customized log file to store all commands, processes and laser parameter
- Separate modes for operators, supervisors and service
- Import of logos, vectors and pictures

- 193nm ArF laser source for machining of all kinds of transparent materials
