microJET
microJET is a lens printing system for temporarily information, such as serial numbers, ophthalmic symbols, and graphical elements within the RX Lab or to the Optician.
microJET is suitable for all kinds of mineral and plastic lenses as well as coatings. It contains a full-automatic camera recognition system for 100 µm precise prints.
There are a number of advantages in relation to conventional pad printing technology. The main features are the infinite flexibility of the marking content and the high precision of the marking – even on hydrophobic and super-hydrophobic treatments.
The project files can be loaded automatically from a host computer via OMA protocol of customer’s individual host computer.
